You may not use Keen to process illegal content, CSAM, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the billing period ends. No refunds for partial months.
You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim ownership. We only process your images to provide the upscaling service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
Keen is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime via settings.
We may update these terms. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email.
